ASP golf fitness starts with a video analysis of your swing as well as a functional postural assessment to determine any muscle weaknesses or muscle imbalance. From there, we develop a specialized individual program focusing on correction of these errors. The scientifically designed program involves proper warm-up and injury reduction exercises, core stability and strength and golf specific circuit training designed to improve overall strength, flexibility and endurance as it relates to golf. You will also have the opportunity to practice your swing and hit balls in our enclosed indoor turf facility.
