Our goal as certified performance coaches is to help you achieve your athletic goals in a state of the art facility, utilizing the best equipment in an environment where you’re guaranteed to get personal attention.

How to Get Started:

  • Step 1
    Call Advantage Sports Performance at 585-750-9780 to set up an appointment. The parent and athlete will meet/speak with a Sports Performance Coach to discuss training packages and determine the needs and goals of the athlete.
  • Step 2
     Sign up for a training program and fill out a medical history and goals form.
  • Step 3
    Schedule initial evaluation (for 24-session packages only) and schedule training sessions at desired location.
  • Step 4
      Get started on becoming………..FASTER! STRONGER! BETTER!

The Advantage Sports Performance Guarantee

What is the guarantee?
Advantage Sports Performance guarantees that all athletes ages 8 and up who participate in the 24-session training program will increase their speed, power, and agility. If the athlete is not completely satisfied with the performance results, he or she will receive two additional training sessions at no further charge.

Who qualifies for the Advantage Sports Performance Guarantee?
Any athlete or team enrolled in the 24 or 32 session training program.

What are the qualifications of the Advantage Sports Performance Guarantee?

  • The athlete or team must enroll in the 24-session training program.
  • The athlete or team must train a minimum of two (2) times per week with his or her Sports Performance Coach.
  • The athlete or team may have only one (1) excused absence.
  • The Sports Performance Coach will conduct an initial and post evaluation to establish baselines.
