Strength/ Power
- Training movement patterns not specific muscles.

Balance/Coordination
- The foundation for all training and is the coordinator for smooth and efficient movement of the body as a whole.
- Incorporated into warm-up routine as well as all exercise progressions.
Speed/Agility
- Repeated correct movement mechanics without and opponent or the ball. Progression of correct execution and routine of exercises. All speed and quickness situations that can occur in competition are recreated with a variety of drills emphasizing acceleration, deceleration, straight ahead and lateral speed and agility.
Core Stability and Injury Reduction
- Specific landing, jumping and cutting techniques to effectively manage loads and motions placed upon the body that may cause injury.
