2006 ADVANTAGE SPORTS PERFORMANCE AVERAGE TEAM FITNESS IMPROVEMENTS FOLLOWING A MINIMUM OF 16 TRAINING SESSIONS:
Upper body strength (push-ups) = Males 10-20%, Females 18-41%
Speed (40 yard dash) = Males 2%, decreased by over .1 seconds
Agility (pro agility) = Males 5-6%, decreased by over .15 seconds, Females 3%
Lower body power (standing broad jump) = 5%
Vertical Leap = Males 6-7% Avg. increase over 1 inch, Females 20%
Core strength (situps)= Males 17%, Females 8-10%
Lower body strength (SL squat) = 23%
Balance (SL cone reaches) = 20% male and female
