Programs
At Advantage Sports Performance, we provide One-on-One, Group, and Team Training programs to meet your specific training needs for your specific sport. If our standard programs don't meet your needs, we will work with you to create a Custom Program that does. To help you stay healthy throughout the season, we have developed the new and innovative Advantage Sports Performance Injury Reduction Exercises (A.S.P.I.R.E.) program.
All of our training programs include an initial baseline measurement used by your performance coach to chart improvements over the course of your training sessions. The evaluation is also used to determine any weaknesses that may play an important role when training for a specific sport.
We offer a number of programs based on the overall needs of the athlete.
- Strength ~ The basis of sport. A program made with a variety of resistance exercises tailored to the specific demands of your sport.
- Speed ~ Acceleration exercises to increase linear mobility and covering distances in shorter amounts of time.
- Power ~ Explosiveness. Using plyometrics to quicken initial bursts which are crucial to most sports.
- Agility ~ Increase multidirectional quickness with drills used by professional athletes.

One-on-One Sessions
Minimum 8 sessions
Advantage Sports Performance guarantees that all athletes ages 8 and up who participate in the 24-session training program will increase their speed, power, and agility. See the Guarantee for details.

Group Training
Minimum 10 sessions
Training Program for 2 to 7 Athletes
A group can range between 2 and 7 athletes. The price is for the entire group, NOT the individual rate.

Team Training
Minimum 10 sessions
Training Program for 8 to 15 Athletes

- Prices may be subject to change. This list of programs and prices is effective March 4, 2007.
- One-on-One Training programs must be a minimum of eight training sessions.
- Group and Team Training programs must be a minimum of six training sessions.
- A.S.P.I.R.E. programs must be a minimum of 10 sessions.
- Training sessions can be extended at any time.
- Combination packages are possible and made to suit. (i.e.: 3-16 week strength & power based program, 3-16 week speed & agility based program).
- Monthly installment payment plan available for all packages.
