COO
Adam Nowak is an Operations Manager at Agape Physical Therapy, where he plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations and supporting high-quality patient care. With a strong focus on organization, process improvement, and team collaboration, Adam works closely with staff across departments to create smooth workflows and a positive workplace culture. He is known for his ability to bring people together, communicate effectively, and help teams perform at their best. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time on the golf course, where his passion for the game reflects his appreciation for discipline, strategy, and continuous improvement—qualities he also brings to his professional role.

Hello, my name is Isaac and I am thrilled to be part of the Agape Team! I am from Rochester, NY and I graduated from The College at Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. I have over six years of experience in retirement plan advising. I am passionate about bringing process improvement and positive change to my company. I know that I will be able to help bring excellence to your Agape experience! When not at work I am a passionate outdoorsman with a love for nature and conservation. I also enjoy being involved in almost any sport you can think of, as I try to stay as active as possible. I look forward to doing everything I can to assist you in your time with Agape.

Robin and her husband relocated to NY from Maryland to be near family. She joined Agape Physical Therapy in April of 2015 and brings 15 years experience as a licensed PTA and Administrator for a Maryland PT practice. She has enjoyed getting to know her new community and the Rochester area.

I recently finished a residency at URMC to attain my Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification. I love working with the spine, foot/ankle, shoulder, orthopedic or sport injuries, and post operative cases. Outside of the clinic, I love to golf and spend time outdoors doing a variety of activities such as fishing, hunting, and hiking.

Hi! My name is Jamie Mazza and I am a physical therapist at Agape PT in Brockport. I graduated with my Doctor in Physical Therapy degree from Nazareth College and have been a PT ever since. I am a Primary Spine Care Practitioner in NY state and I love working with shoulder injuries, various orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and post operative cases. I will take the time to listen to my patients, making sure I am helping them achieve their goals, doing the best I can to help them get back to whatever they enjoy in life. I am also American Sign Language Fluent. I am currently working towards my orthopedic certified specialist certification.
Matthew Kovaleski PT, DPT

Dr. Matt Kovaleski is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who earned his degree from Nazareth University. He is deeply committed to delivering patient-centered care, focusing on treatments that promote lasting confidence and optimal function. Matt's clinical interests are focused on specialized areas, including the effective use of Aquatic Therapy, treating aging adults to maintain their independence, and employing strategies to significantly improve balance and prevent falls. Additionally, he excels in restoring excellent knee function, ensuring his patients achieve stability and confidence in their movement.

Miranda is a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport.<br>A native of Syracuse, she brings a strong background in athletics to her role, having trained as a gymnast for 16 years. She continues to share this passion by working as a gymnastics coach. Miranda uses her clinical knowledge and athletic insight to assist patients through their rehabilitation journey.

I completed my last clinical rotation of PT school at our Brockport location which led me to work for Agape. I have always wanted to be a physical therapist working in the community where I live and this job allows me to do just that. I love to incorporate core stabilization into my treatment plans as much as possible as the core is the foundation of all movement. I look forward to meeting you and helping you along your journey of rehabilitation.

I love PT because I love movement, and seeing how it can help achieve the highest quality of life. Without PT I wouldn’t be able to still play my favorite sports including basketball and hockey, and I’d like to help others achieve the same goal!
