Our Brockport Physical Therapy clinic is conveniently located in front of Brookdale Senior Living, down the same driveway. We are located just east of Strong West Hospital. Brockport’s facility features an underwater treadmill and deep water well in our state of the art Ferno-Designed aquatic therapy pool. At Agapé Physical Therapy, you can expect a team of compassionate, considerate and confident caregivers whos main desire is to help you reach your goals of pain free movement and improved performance.

Agape Physical Therapy in Chili is the flagship location for the Rochester area Agape clinics. We offer over 5,000 square feet of space where at every turn you will find the most up to date rehabilitation technology to help you meet your goals. We are the only outpatient clinic in the Northeast to own and operate the C-Mill, a virtual/augmented reality, body-weight support treadmill that allows patients to train for real life situations. We aim to make physical therapy services as accessible as possible with extended hours before and after work as well as a convenient location in Chili Center.

Our Gates clinic, located on Elmgrove Road, is attached to the Total Sports Experience (TSE) Complex. At our Gates facility, we see every diagnosis and treat patients of all ages. What sets Gates apart from our other facilities is the number of sports therapy patients that come through our doors due to our association with Total Sports Experience. Our Gates location is accessible to both the West and East side of Rochester due to our close proximity to the 490 and 531 expressways.

Agape's Greece location is our newest facility, conveniently located just West of the Ridgeway exit off 390. Greece features a state of the art Synrgy360 machine and a Matrix S Drive performance treadmill which provide a spectrum of variety and versatility of any level. With functional strength and mobility being at the forefront of today's rehabilitation, Greece offers the equipment necessary to maximizing physical capacity and to reach your individual goals. Flexible appointment times are offered throughout the morning and evening to serve the community beyond typical working hours.
