Agape Physical Therapy

About The Clinic

Agape Physical Therapy in Chili is the flagship location for the Rochester area Agape clinics.  We offer over 5,000 square feet of space where at every turn you will find the most up to date rehabilitation technology to help you meet your goals.  We are the only outpatient clinic in the Northeast to own and operate the C-Mill, a virtual/augmented reality, body-weight support treadmill that allows patients to train for real life situations.  We aim to make physical therapy services as accessible as possible with extended hours before and after work as well as a convenient location in Chili Center.

Meet The Team

Adam Krahmer, PT, DPT
Clinic Coordinator
[email protected]
My name is Adam, I am originally from the Syracuse area and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in 2014. I completed my last clinical rotation of PT school at our Brockport location which led me to work for Agape. I have always wanted to be a physical therapist working in the community where I live and this job allows me to do just that. I love to incorporate core stabilization into my treatment plans as much as possible as the core is the foundation of all movement. I look forward to meeting you and helping you along your journey of rehabilitation.
Brett Stokoe, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

My name is Brett Stokoe and I have been working at Agape since September of 2016.I am originally from Cortland, NY and I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth college in 2015. I am a huge sports fan and have played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse through highs school, as well as playing soccer in college. I enjoy looking at movement dysfunction in patients and correcting underlying movement impairments to return patients to pain free activity. I love being a physical therapist because it offers the chance to spend time with patients and and progress them on the road to recovery.
Daniel Strack, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

My name is Daniel Strack, PT, DPT. I am originally from Horseheads, NY and graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in 2017. I completed my last clinical rotation of PT school at the Chili location of Agape which led me to pursue beginning my career here. I played golf for four years at Nazareth College and am an avid sports fan. Since my junior year of high school, I knew I wanted to be a physical therapist and use my skills to help people live the life they want

In May 2018, I attained a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification, which allows me the opportunity to biomechanically evaluate and treat physical limitations in a golfer. Following a thorough screening, I can identify physical weaknesses (limited mobility, decreased strength, etc..) that may lead to current limitations for a golfer, or may predispose them to a potential injury, and then tailor an individualized exercise program towards those weaknesses. Whether it be rehabilitation as a therapy patient or screening and treatment as a golf client, I would love the opportunity to help you along your journey to a higher level of function.

Physical Therapist
[email protected]
Hi my name is Nick Antonio and I am a graduate of Nazareth College's Physical Therapy program. I was born and raised in Rochester and look forward to practicing in Rochester. Outside of work, I am an avid sports fan, movie/show binge watcher, and DIY home remodeler. The reason I became a physical therapist was to be able to work together with individuals to help them get back to the things they love to do without restriction.
